Rachel van Bruggen is an Amsterdam based director and writer for film and commercial. Before going to Film school she worked as a script supervisor and directors’ assistant and got her Master’s degree in Film studies at the University of Amsterdam. Rachel graduated from the Netherlands Film Academy in 2020 with the colourful road movie 'Demi'. Rachel loves to tell intimate stories with a stylized look and wants her work to always be thought-provoking and empathetic.
